Who is HOPE International Development Agency? HOPE's mandate is to provide alternative technological and educational support to people in developing countries where environmental, economic and/or social circumstances have interfered with the ability of local communities to sustain themselves by using traditional methods. Every project we do is initiated by requests from local representatives Our Projects are People Oriented HOPE encourages people from poor communities to use their skills or learn new ones to implement the project, and the compassion of donors to provide the required funding. The founders of HOPE are Christian people. Initially, funding for projects was received mostly from the Christian community but today HOPE is supported by a broad spectrum of caring people. HOPE is not affiliated with any specific denomination but remains true to its roots in compassionate Christianity. Our help is provided unconditionally All HOPE donors have something in common, regardless of their background: they are deeply moved by the suffering of families in the developing world and give out a sense of compassion and expectation that things can be made better for families in need.
